VirtualKEY (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.virtualkey.co (the “Site”) and VirtualKEY App available on Google Playstore and Apple iTunes. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information to access reservations, to provide features and to improve our Site. By using the Site or mobile application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
When you register with us and use the website or application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, grant access, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Application, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information; (f) account details and credentials to Airbnb, HomeAway, Google, Facebook, etc.
We may also use to pass the information collected to our partners and other lock manufacturers. We use your Personal Information to access reservations, to grant access, to provide and enhance features and to improve our Site and Application. By using the Site or mobile application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We may share/disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

Like many site and mobile application operators, we collect information that your browser or application sends referred to as “Log Data”. We also collect who and when locked or unlocked the smart lock, who and when granted access to the smartlocks.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze the data collected.
We may use your Personal Information and other data collected to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials. We may use data collected to generate reports and create dashboards to better inform you as our customer.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier.
